So this page shows three: the advisory practice (Office Sahayogi), the flagship software it deploys (BoSS), and the wider ecosystem of brands that surround them (Sahayogi One). They’re connected by design, not by accident.

Office Sahayogi is a business advisory practice — consultancy and services, not software. We engage with Indian SMEs, family businesses, and the CA and CS firms who serve them, on the unglamorous middle of how a business actually runs: workflow standardisation, internal controls, ownership and accountability, documentation discipline, compliance coordination, and the day-to-day governance that turns chaos into predictable execution.
Our approach is tool-neutral by principle. We solve the business problem first; the software stack is a consequence of the diagnosis, not its starting point. For clients who want a platform to operationalise the system we design, our flagship product BoSS — Business Operations & Systems Suite — is the natural next step. Engagements range from short diagnostic health checks to ongoing monthly governance retainers.

Tax Sahayogi is an AI copilot for Indian tax practice. It serves three audiences in the same workflow: business users who need plain-English tax understanding, tax professionals who want faster and cleaner drafting, and CA and CS firms who need shared workspaces with client-level context, review flow, and admin visibility.
It is built around one principle: AI accelerates the repetitive work of understanding and drafting; tax professionals retain control of every final filing and their professional accountability. That principle is the product, not a disclaimer underneath it.
Tax Sahayogi is sold independently of BoSS, with a free demo plan, a Professional plan for solo practitioners, and a Firm Growth plan for multi-user firms.
